Examples of uncommon requests are chimney caps,(we do not have guidelines for this) if converting your wood-burning fireplace to a gas insert, and the installation of outdoor security cameras. If you are uncertain or unclear about what needs an architectural review, please contact the property manager. Applications must be submitted before work is underway and will be reviewed at one of the monthly board meetings. Plan ahead by examining when the board meetings are held for timely submission.
