Exciting Improvements

Over the past few years, the Board has accomplished various improvement projects at Woodgate Glen – 

  • Full Complex Paint
  • Brighter Lighting in Complex
  • Replacement of siding/trim on buildings/garages
  • Fence along the fire road for better security 
  • New irrigation controllers with water sensors (savings in water use and cost!) 
  • New Directional signs 
  • New Landscaped areas 
  • Dry Rot Repair on garages

Upcoming improvements

Roofing Phase I (15 buildings) will be done in 2024 & 2025

Roofing Phase II (16 buildings) will be done in 2026
