The Board has authorized a licensed contractor to perform dry rot repairs and siding replacements beginning July 19,2021
In order to allow this work to be performed the contractor may need access to your back patio. Please make appropriate arrangements to allow access. Additionally, any satellite dish attached to area of repair may be removed and reinstalled after work is completed. You may need to contact your provider to have your dish re-aligned and will require a service fee paid by you.
NOTE: Please remove all items from back patios and interior shelving as well as wall hangings; there will be vibrations that can cause items to fall. Management, Woodgate Glen HOA, and Dedrick Enterprises are not liable for any damage to personal items.

The “Agenda” tab posts Board Meeting agendas, as soon as they are available, so you can be informed at the upcoming meeting. The “Finances” tab leads to a copy of our annual budget and other interesting details on our financial health. The “Newsletter” tab will take you to a copy of the most recent Newsletter. The Agenda will continue to be posted each month at the Bulletin Board at the Pool and Newsletters will still be mailed to every homeowner and tenant that are not on the email list.
